Erica Feldmann - Founder

Erica, a devoted mother of three, has called North Carolina home for the past 14 years, building strong ties to the community. As a deaf individual and mother to a child with Apert syndrome, she has dedicated her life to serving individuals with special needs. Her journey began as a camp counselor and educator for exceptional and deaf students, fostering inclusion and empowerment. Today, Erica and her family open their North Carolina farm to create a welcoming space for connection, growth, and support for families in the special needs community.

Paul Feldmann - Director

A natural leader and people person, Paul brings energy and enthusiasm to Footprints Farm, where he oversees operations and maintenance. Growing up around farms and working on dairy farms as a teen, he developed a deep appreciation for livestock and the rural lifestyle. His background as a carpenter, framing houses, along with his skills in woodworking, vintage automobile restoration, and mechanics, makes him a hands-on problem solver and dedicated "do-it-yourselfer."
Paul’s passion for teamwork and service extends from his eight years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served three years in search and rescue and five years specializing in communication systems. Now, as a Vice President of Engineering in the wireless industry, he continues to apply his leadership skills to foster collaboration and innovation. His love for connecting with people and his hands-on approach help make Footprints Farm a vibrant and welcoming space for families and the special needs community.

Natalie Feldmann - Treasurer

A dedicated and detail-oriented leader, Natalie brings creativity, organization, and a heart for service to Footprints Farm, where she oversees financial stewardship as Treasurer. A recent graduate of East Carolina University, she has a passion for helping others and excels in clear and effective communication. Her strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail ensure smooth operations and responsible financial management.

Natalie’s commitment to teamwork and service is evident in her pursuit of a ministry career focused on students. She strives to make a lasting impact by guiding and supporting others with both structure and compassion. Her ability to balance financial responsibility with a deep sense of community makes her an invaluable asset to Footprints Farm. Through her dedication and care, she helps create a welcoming, enriching environment for families and individuals with special needs.
